The Fusion bass is the result of our 20 years custom bass making and live gigging.
Everything in this bass is the carefully designed to provide the professional live and studio way to
your tone at an affordable price.
Two custom designed Frudua humbucker, reverse “P” style pickup configurations,
selectable neck coil for vintage tone, all combine to enable the bassist to
perfectly mix with the bass drum and enhance the low end.
Two volumes instead of a balance knob allows full and precise pickups
volume adjustment. 18mm string spacing to suit every kind of right hand style complete
the Fusion 5.

FEATURES
The Fusion-5 body is made of selected US alder, a toneful and beautiful wood many vintage basses are made of.
A new design neck heel allows total access to last frets. The neck is tightened with 5 screws thus delivering the best tone transmission.

The neck is the most wooden crucial point in the electric guitars tone chain. The Fusion-5 neck is made of resonant
hard rock maple coming from Canada and are satin finished to offer a very smooth and fast feel.
The fretboard is also made of Canadian Hard Rock maple and frets are beveled to provide that magic feel under your fingers.
The neck of the Fusion-5 bas is fitted with a double expanding truss rod which allow precise alignement of the neck and perfect action setup.
A professional refined graphite nut is a standard on all Fusion-5 basses. Slots are cut so strings can vibrate freely half in the nut and half outside of it.

Two dedicated Frudua pickups were custom designed for the fusion in order to get this exact tone and string spacing.

The new Fusion-5 circuitry sports some unique features which we are sure you will highly appreciate.
We custom built a dedicated preamp with a simple and effective control layout which allows the following unique features:
- First of all we went for two separate volumes using "A" type (taper) pots. This solutions offer a perfect and fine tuned blend between the two pickups, much more refined and detailed
compared to the use of a balance which has shorter run and consequently offers a less refined "in between" range of tones.
Also the use of balance often does not allow the pickups to work at the maximum of their output therefore sacrifice part of your tone and dynamic.
- The bridge volume allows coil tap through a push pull function. By pulling the knob the pickups works in single coil mode with the coil on the neck side (Yellow in the photos) working.
This way you have further single coil tone in almost original JB bridge position on the scale.
- Treble control and bass controls features another unique feature: where all other eqs features same dB cut and increase, the Fusion circuitry is tailored to perform
a 6 dB increase and a 13dB cut.
This gives you a much better control on the character and individuality of your tone avoiding unwanted dramatic and useless equalizations and allows you to always maintain and easily find the character of your bass and tone under your fingers.
